Our take on a kolsch style ale that is soft on the palate with a delicate malt flavor. Balanced with a touch of wheat and honey notes .Dry and wine like with a flowery hop finish.

Canned 5/19/25. Label notes use of organic Vienna, Carahelle, and Carapils hops, along with German hops. Pours a golden amber. Light on its feet and delicious

Poured from a 12 oz. can into one of my stange glasses, this beers pours a fairly cloudy/hazy golden color with a nice shite head that's well over an inch thick when first poured. Settles eventually to a solid 1/4 of an inch thick with a thick ring lining the inside of the glass and some nice lacing. Aromas of bready, zesty malts, floral hops, a bit of yeast, and hints of citrus and grape. Flavors of some bready, slightly zesty malts, a hint of honey sweetness, a bit of yeast, subtle fruit notes of grape and citrus, and a note of floral hops that add just the right touch of bitterness to round out the flavor profile here. An excellent flavor profile that's somewhat unique for this beer style w/ all the different things going on taste wise. Has a crisp, smooth, slightly frothy, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish, and all of the different flavors linger nicely on my palate for awhile after each sip for a nice aftertaste. Yeah, this is a good one.

12 oz. can dated 6/27/22 poured into a Becher pint glass.
Hazy dark gold, two fingers mixed white head. Full lacing curtains and surface cap.
Pear, mineral, yeast, floral aromas.
Bread, apple, pepper, grape, lemon zest flavors.
Medium bodied, good carbonation, dry finish.
Refreshing summer ale. A few departures from the kölsch style but enjoyable and readily available fresh.
